By purchasing photographs from Little Pixel Portraits, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Access and Privacy

All images of children taken by Little Pixel Portraits are password-protected. Only parents or legal guardians of the child photographed will have access to these images.
Images of children will not be shared on social media or the Little Pixel Portraits website unless a parent or legal guardian has provided signed consent for such usage.

2. Consent and Child Comfort

Photographs will only be taken of children who are comfortable and willing to participate. We respect each child’s comfort and boundaries, and under no circumstances will children be asked to do anything they are unwilling to do.
If a child is unwilling or uncomfortable, we will not proceed with the photography session for that child.

3. Editing Policy

Images will be edited only to remove minor imperfections, such as stains or scratches, upon request by the parent or guardian.
No digital alterations will be made to alter a child’s appearance. Little Pixel Portraits values the natural beauty and individuality of each child.

4. Presentation and Responsibility

Little Pixel Portraits is not responsible for the state of the child’s appearance upon arrival at the nursery. We will do our best to ensure that each child is tidy and ready for their photograph, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the parent or nursery staff.

5. Order Processing and Payment

Orders will only be processed once payment has been received, including the specified order number. Payment is required at the time of order to confirm processing.
Order processing typically takes between 10 to 15 working days, and parents will be notified once orders are ready.

6. Delivery


Prints will be delivered free of charge to the nursery until the end of term and for the first half of January 2025. After this period, an additional delivery fee will apply for all orders.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of these photographs, all sales are final. Refunds and cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed, except in cases of error by Little Pixel Portraits.
